1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member ("User") who uses the gc22 platform ("Platform") and all of its services. By registering on this website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

gc22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms. It is therefore in your own interest to revisit this page from time to time.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use any service on gc22, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For ages 21+ only").

• You are of sound mind and have full capacity to make your own decisions.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the gc22 platform you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. No person may hold more than one account — if this is discovered, all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. gc22 is not responsible for any activity resulting from authorised or unauthorised access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gc22 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. This process may require copies of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on gc22:

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.2 Payment Methods

gc22 supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases involving verification or security reviews.

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all money you deposit comes from entirely legitimate sources and is not connected to any unlawful activity. Compliance with international anti-money laundering standards is an integral part of gc22's policy.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit is offered up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before accepting.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the offer.
• Any attempt by one person or household to claim the same bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.
• gc22 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user's bonus entitlement at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on the gc22 platform:

• A bet once accepted or a game once started cannot generally be cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, gc22 reserves the right to void that round or restart it.
• Cheating, use of bots, or placing bets through automated systems in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets simultaneously on two opposing outcomes in the same game (arbitrage betting) is not permitted.
• gc22 is committed to delivering fair game results. To ensure fair play, all game outcomes are generated through a verifiable method.

6.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets are settled in accordance with gc22's established rules and the prevailing rules of the sport. In cases of special circumstances or uncertainty, gc22 reserves the right to refund bets or apply special rules.

7 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

gc22's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. gc22 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits, and members will be given appropriate notice before any such changes take effect.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gc22 platform:

• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Damaging the system through hacking, viruses, or malware.
• Impersonating another user or harassing them.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
• Operating an account on behalf of any person listed under a government or international sanctions list.
• Using another person's personal or financial information without their permission.

If any of these prohibited activities occurs, gc22 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has themselves disclosed their login information.

Our maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the specific transaction in question.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

gc22 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure; however, any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between gc22 and a user, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion. Please contact our support team for this purpose.

14 Miscellaneous and General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered definitive.
